When you arrive, our front desk team will welcome you and provide a short form (asking the essentials such as your contact details, health history, and any medications you are taking) to complete. After all, if you’re in pain, the last thing you want to do is fill out a lengthy form. If you have insurance coverage, our staff will handle the details directly whenever possible.

What to Expect

Your chiropractor will sit down with you in a “knee-to-knee” style consultation to discuss your health history and current concerns. This time allows us to understand your goals while helping you feel comfortable. We then complete a thorough examination and, if needed, on-site X-rays or a posture analysis.

On your return later the same day, your chiropractor will review the findings with you. This includes outlining a recommended plan, answering questions, and explaining what to expect. You’ll also receive your first adjustment at this visit, along with any exercises or stretches that may be helpful.

Timing and Costs

Plan for about 45 minutes for your first appointment, including paperwork, consultation, and exam. The follow-up later that day usually takes about 30 minutes. We know your time is valuable, so we make every effort to keep visits efficient without rushing. Billing is on a per-visit basis, and we direct bill to most major insurance providers. Our fees are designed to be affordable, and our team will always explain costs clearly.
